Kurri Enclave Housing Scheme in Islamabad

Introduction

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has made an announcement of collaborating with a private firm to construct a new housing scheme named as “Kurri Enclave Housing Scheme”.

Overview

The CDA board has approved the Kurri Enclave back in April 2023.As per the news sources, the project covers more than 10,000 Kanals in the village of Kurri. Even though the CDA owns the site, the project which is expected to cost Billions of PKR will be carried out in partnership with a well-known real estate developer or a group of construction businesses. The civic body had also requested Expressions of Interest (EoIs) to choose reputable companies to carry out the project. The project would be planned and developed by the chosen real estate company.
